**Return Policy**
Paintball Emporium warrants your product to be free from defects in workmanship
and material. All paintball pellet sales are final. If your product is damaged in any way YOU MUST notify Paintball
Emporium within 2 days of receiving the item. Any used product will not
be allowed for return. No merchandise will be returned for any reason
without prior authorization from Paintball Emporium. All returns must be shipped
freight prepaid and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
**Shipping**
How long will it take to ship my order? Usually orders are shipped the next business day. Add this time to your selected shipping method to get the total time to receive your order. Generally, ground shipments take 3-5 business days depending on your ship to zone of the carrier. The carriers do not count weekends as a day in transit. To speed the delivery of your order, have your order shipped to the credit card billing address versus to different ship-to / bill-to addresses.
